  • Website builder tools

Account Registration

To access certain services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and complete
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
  • Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Important: You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account and use our services. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use WeFitHost services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, disrupt, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Distributing malware, viruses, or other destructive code
  • Hosting or distributing illegal content
  • Spamming, phishing, or engaging in fraudulent activities
  • Infringing upon intellectual property rights
  • Launching denial-of-service attacks
  • Mining cryptocurrencies without explicit authorization
  • Engaging in activities that consume excessive resources

We reserve the right to terminate services for violations of this policy.

Payment Terms

Fees for services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You agree to:

  • Pay all fees charged for your selected services
  • Maintain valid payment information on file
  • Be responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of our services
  • Understand that all fees are non-refundable except as provided in our Money-Back Guarantee

Late payments may result in service suspension or termination. Services are restored upon payment of all outstanding balances plus any applicable reinstatement fees.

Note: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all shared hosting plans. Domain registrations are non-refundable. To request a refund, please contact our billing department within 30 days of initial purchase.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

WeFitHost aims to provide 99.9% uptime for hosting services. If we fail to meet this uptime commitment, you may be eligible for credits as described in our detailed SLA.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on WeFitHost, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos are the intellectual property of WeFitHost and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our services. By using our services, you grant WeFitHost a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the services to you.

Limitation of Liability

WeFitHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.

Our total liability to you for any claims related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service for any reason at any time.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the services will immediately cease
  • We may delete your content and data after a 30-day grace period
  • Any unpaid fees become immediately due and payable

Changes to Terms

WeFitHost reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our website or via email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Notification: We always notify customers 30 days in advance of any significant changes to our terms that may affect their service. Minor changes may be implemented without prior notice but will be reflected on this page.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the services shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Delaware.
